FTI responds to the mail that I sent and in which I simply wanted to give feedback on the positive and negative points, especially regarding the chosen hotel. Although I have not claimed, they send a 100 € voucher as a thank you, but then they go contents not on one, but only point out, forward it to the product manager for "Magnificent West 'to do.
