The next day takes us to Santa Barbara, a beautiful, clean place that looks more Mexican than American. We visited again a mission church and the Presidio and a picnic on the beach. It is found that the gulls our U.S. food tastes much better than us.

And the place Malibu runs at least over 27 coastal miles. Here everything is bigger - the distances, the packages and the ego.

Malibu then goes on in Santa Monica, which means: more urban, less expensive. At the traffic jam we then realize that we are back in Los Angeles. The loop of 5000 km net is complete. This also means that we must return to the Holiday Inn LAX unpopular. Again, wash clothes, socks, blow dry sake of the children into the next shopping Center drive and then we are at 20.00 clock, when the children have spent the money given to tired to be looking for a restaurant. Sbarro in the shopping center on the plate offers Italian cuisine, whose only advantage is then that it saturates. But this abundance.

But shopping centers and restaurants are full of happy, satisfied and willing to buy American, which is surprising, since the towns have an incredible concentration of these shopping centers. Some appear on every third street - always on the corner - one of those things, and basically they see all the same. Inside, it always turns the same stores and fast food chains and all are well attended.

Sometimes one gets the impression that Americans live by each other to sell goods that were produced in China. And of course the fact that the Chinese would buy government bonds, which they then finance the deficits. I only suspect that the Chinese will eventually put the bill and then they heard the East and West coasts and in addition everything, where natural resources are inside. The Americans can either live in the prairie or the Chinese to pay rent for life. But then when I come back as tourists, at least the food has improved.
