On the long and narrow site was in a ruined house and overgrown garden. What was needed was a house with garden for a small family.
Based on the given ground plan with external development (a traditional typology of the early days) and worth preserving garden we have designed a house which will include the one hand, carefully integrated into the design, on the other hand, the starting point of a decidedly contemporary reinterpretation makes.
fire wall between house and provides a break ("Tajo") for better ventilation and lighting of homes on the front. This measure creates a small courtyard at the side of the wall and opened fire at the same time a way to the top where there is the roof terrace with swimming pool. The garden the house is transparent, opening up runs in the area of the old building along the inside space of the garden and jump in the back area where the private rooms are oriented to the garden, on the side of the fire wall.
